The Coalition's long term projects are geared to strategically address systemic or individual corruption in our county and city governance. We provide pathways and tools for community members to engage their government, and for civil servants to hold their superiors and systems accountable without fear of retaliation.
Government Watchdog Program
AI Tools for Government Integrity
This project aims to leverage sophisticated artificial intelligence and advanced monitoring techniques to identify and expose instances of municipal waste fraud and abuse. By analyzing data and discrepancies, the initiative seeks to enhance transparency and accountability in local governance. Custom AI agentic networks enable real-time detection of irregularities providing tools for citizens and officials to take action against corruption. Ultimately, this project strives to foster a more trustworthy and municipal management system.
Civil Grand Jury Diversification Grants
Making Every Voice Heard
This program aims to diversify civil grand juries by providing individual grants to underrepresented demographics to offset lost wages, child care, transportation, and other costs working class adults have to overcome to serve their community. By empowering diverse voices and, we enhance the fairness and effectiveness of the jury system. Through support, we strive to a more inclusive environment that reflects County's rich tapestry of voices. Join us in promoting equity and representation in civic engagement.
Whistleblower Support Project
Protecting the Best of Our Civil Servants

Prosocial AI Tools and Education
In our work building AI systems for our watchdog programs, we've developed tools and techniques that are applicable to broader community organizing and engagement. This includes prompt engineered LLM assistant wrappers, AI workshops for organizers, and a community Discord to share experiences, knowledge, and technical support with each other.
